In the 2017-18 Barclays' Premier League Season, Brighton & Hove Albion, Huddersfield Town and Newcastle United are all promoted from the EFL Championship. While Hull City, Middlesbrough and Sunderland got relegated to the second division for the 2017-18 EFL Championship Season. For the 2017-18 La Liga Season, Getafe, Girona and Levante are the teams promoted from the Segunda División. The three promoted clubs will replace Sporting Gijón, Osasuna and Granada who were all relegated last season and will now play in the Segunda División. In the 2017-18 Serie A Season, Benevento , Hellas Verona and SPAL are all promoted from Serie B. While Empoli, Palermo and Pescara gets ready for the 2017-18 Serie B Season after being relegated from Serie A last season. For the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Season, three clubs were promoted: Strasbourg, Amiens and Troyes. They replace Bastia, Nancy and Lorient, who were relegated and will now play in Ligue 2. For the 1. Bundesliga 2017-18 Season, Hannover 96 and Vfb Stuttgart was promoted last season and will replace SV Darmstadt and FC Ingolstadt.
